Meditation - Sound Bath Sold OUT

Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation Experience hosted by Sacred Balance Integrative Health on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026 from 5:00–6:00 PM at our Folsom office. Led by Tara Olivera, this immersive wellness workshop is designed to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space for deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, and intentional stillness.

As you settle into comfort, you’ll be invited to release stress, soften mental chatter, and reconnect with a grounded sense of calm and clarity. Many participants leave feeling lighter, emotionally reset, and deeply renewed.

Tara Olivera is a certified sound healer, mindfulness and meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and relationship coach who creates gentle sound journeys that support emotional release, inner peace, and nervous system restoration. Limited seating is available to maintain an intimate and supportive environment.

The workshop will take place at Sacred Balance Integrative Health, 2600 East Bidwell Street, Suite 220, Folsom, CA 95630. Cost is $35 per person.
