About

The whole point.

A handpicked guide to what's actually worth doing in Sacramento.

Sacramento's always had something going on. That was never the problem. The problem was finding it.

The good stuff lived scattered across a dozen Instagram pages, a buried Facebook event, a flyer taped to a coffee shop window you happened to walk past. By the time you heard about the thing you actually wanted to go to, it was already last weekend.

I'm Michael. I grew up in North Highlands. I love Sac and I got tired of digging through a thousand Facebook pages and flyers just to find out what was happening five minutes from my house. So I built Sac Goes.

One place

One place. Everything happening in Sac.

  • Tonight's shows
  • This weekend's markets
  • Family stuff during the day
  • late-night eats for when the kitchen's closed
  • farm stands
  • garage sales
  • dog-friendly spots

all of it, one feed.

Pulled from real sources, checked by hand, only listed if it's actually worth your time.

This isn't a national app that bolted a Sacramento tab onto fifty other cities. It was built here. By someone who actually lives here. For the people who do too. Every neighborhood, every part of the grid and everything past it, gets treated like it matters. Because it does.

North Highlands matters. South Sac matters. Florin matters. Del Paso, Oak Park, Citrus Heights, the parts of this city that don't show up in the tourist guides, they're the whole point.

It's free. Free to use, free to post a garage sale. No corporate filter deciding what you see. Just Sacramento, in one place, the way it should've been all along.

The goal is simple: spend less time digging for plans and more time out in the city you already know is worth it.

Sac Goes.
