The basics
Sac Goes is a free, curated guide to what’s happening around Sacramento. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, no hard feelings, just don’t use it.
Using the site
Use Sac Goes for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the site.
- Abuse the submit form or spam us with junk.
- Try to access admin routes or break anything.
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
Event listings
We build listings from publicly available info plus reader submissions. We do our best, but listings are best-effort, times, prices, tickets, and details change. Always verify directly with the venue or organizer before you show up. We can’t guarantee an event will happen as listed, or at all.
Submitting events
When you submit an event, you’re confirming you have the right to share that info publicly. You give us permission to display, edit, and promote it on Sac Goes and our channels. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, no explanation required.
Our stuff
The Sac Goes name, logo, design, and original content are ours. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission. Event info itself often comes from venues and organizers, and that belongs to them.
Liability
Sac Goes is provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for what happens at events we list, for outdated or incorrect details, or for anything you do based on info you found here. Use common sense. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any damages tied to your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as Sac Goes grows. Material changes get a heads-up in the newsletter, and the date above always reflects the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
