Sacramento's 32-mile spine, a paved riverside trail from Discovery Park to Beal's Point in Folsom with constant water access, cottonwood shade, and dirt side-paths. Leashed dogs (6 ft max) on most of it; five designated off-leash zones along the corridor if you want a free run.
