Summer of Spritz at Piatti

Piatti is running a spritz menu through early September, with four options: the Enzo (aperitivo, vermouth rosso, lemon, raspberry, sage), Vacation (aperitivo rosso, lime, pineapple, hibiscus), Bianco (white vermouth, grapefruit, elderflower, rosemary), and a non-alcoholic Leggero (aperitivo, lemon, pomegranate, tarragon). All topped with bubbles.
