Dr. Emorie Beck and poet Andru Defeye discuss finding joy at 2221 10th St on September 10 at 6:30 p.m. Beck, a UC Davis psychology professor, and Defeye, Sacramento's former poet laureate, will explore how joy is personal rather than universal, then take questions from the audience.

Tickets are $10, $5 for students.
