Raíces MonarCA

The Consulate General of Mexico in Sacramento, along with La Casa Morelia and Ernesto Delgado, is pleased to invite the community to the third edition of Raíces MonarCA.

Raíces MonarCA is a family-friendly cultural event that highlights, promotes, and celebrates the contributions of migrants who, through their hard work, cultural diversity, gastronomy, and traditions, enrich and add color to Californian society. The event is inspired by the migration of monarch butterflies, which defy borders and revitalize ecosystems across Canada, the United States, and Mexico along their journey.

Come with the whole family to socialize and enjoy music, folk dances, handicrafts, and culinary showcases featuring traditional cooks from our country.

El Consulado General de México en Sacramento tiene el agrado de invitar a la comunidad mexicana a la tercera edición de Raíces MonarCA.

Raíces MonarCA es un evento cultural familiar que visibiliza, impulsa y festeja las aportaciones de los migrantes quienes, con su arduo trabajo, diversidad cultural, gastronomía y tradiciones, enriquecen y brindan color a la sociedad californiana.

El evento está inspirado en la migración de las mariposas monarca, quienes a su paso desafían fronteras y revitalizan ecosistemas en Canadá, Estados Unidos y México.

Te invitamos a venir con toda la familia a convivir y disfrutar de música, bailables folclóricos, artesanías y muestras gastronómicas con cocineras tradicionales de nuestro país.
