World Wide Day of Play

Sacramento Children’s Museum is joining forces with the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) & Nickelodeon for Our World: Worldwide Day of Play 2026. This September 26, 2026 (10am-4pm) Pop In To Play and join us for a day dedicated to joyful learning through play with a focus on getting up, out, and playing around!

Our activities will include 3 local authors presenting story times.

With the ACM, we envision a future in which learning through play empowers all children to become creative, engaged, lifelong learners that are empowered through active agency in their learning journey.

All activities are included with admission, no preregistration required.
