Sacramento Library Presents: R.L. Stine In Conversation With Mychal Threets

Stine is coming to the Crest Theater with the Sacramento Public Library on October 7. He will be joined in conversation with librarian Mychal Threets.

The bestselling Goosebumps series is long beloved by many, and there is no better way to celebrate the spooky season than with a nostalgic one-hour conversation with the author about both Goosebumps and Fear Street, followed by a Q&A section.

Following the conversation, 200 lucky attendees will be randomly selected for a book signing with R. L.

Special tickets will be handed out randomly upon arrival that will permit you to stay for the book signing. One book per person with no personalization will be permitted, and candid photos are allowed.

Mychal Threets will also be available after the event to sign copies of his picture book, I’m So Happy You’re Here: A Celebration of Library Joy. No special tickets are necessary for this signing, and Mychal does not have limits on the number of books he will sign, and photos are also allowed.

A Seat at Table Books will be present at the Crest Theater and will have copies of both R. L.

Stine and Mychal Threets books for sale. However, if a person has a specific book they want signed, we recommend purchasing it in advance.

Stine has published over 350 books, and A Seat at the Table will have a limited selection available.
