About the event
Sacramento's Community Quilt Exhibit opens October 2 at 101 I Street. The quilt, discovered at First United Methodist Church, features over 500 names written on squares and was made for the nation's centennial in 1876.
An accompanying book enlarges the names with QR codes linking to each block.
