Opening Reception of Noble

Join Folsom Parks & Recreation for a free opening reception on Friday, October 2, from 6–8 p.m., celebrating a compelling series of portraits by photographer Miguel Gutierrez Jr. Featuring individuals who help shape Sacramento’s cultural landscape, the exhibition explores presence, identity, and materiality through the distinctive platinum/palladium printing process.

Inspired by the iconic portrait traditions of Irving Penn and Richard Avedon, Gutierrez’s work offers an intimate and timeless look at the people who influence the region’s creative and cultural community.

Enjoy live music, light refreshments, and the opportunity to meet the artist. The exhibition will be on view through November 12.
