Yoga Tots

Every Friday in August, join us at Tahoe Park for Yoga Tots for toddler paced Yoga movement, music, Storytime and Mindfulness Activities. Little yogis also learn mindful breathing techniques which will help them both on and off the mat as they build their social emotional skills and grow their confidence.

We dance, we play, we make noise and have lots of fun!

August is still in peak summer heat so we have early park class times at 9am until the weather cools down hopefully in September when we will return to 10am class times.
