Sacramento's Community Quilt Exhibit opens September 14 at 101 I Street. The quilt, discovered at First United Methodist Church after 40 years in storage, features over 500 names from 1876 and celebrates the nation's centennial.
The exhibit includes enlarged images and QR codes tied to individual blocks for genealogy research.
