About the event
Sacramento's Community Quilt Exhibit opens Sept. 3 at 101 I Street.
The quilt, stored for over 40 years at First United Methodist Church, features more than 500 names from Sacramento's 1876 centennial celebration. The exhibit includes enlarged images, QR codes linking to each block, and encourages visitors to research the names and local history.
