Sacramento's Community Quilt Exhibit opens Sept. 7 at 101 I Street.
The quilt, found at First United Methodist Church, features over 500 names written on squares and was made for the nation's centennial in 1876. Exhibit includes enlarged images and QR codes tied to each block for genealogy research.
