Piatti is serving spritz cocktails through September 7. Four options rotate: Enzo (aperitivo, lemon, raspberry, sage), Vacation (aperitivo rosso, pineapple, hibiscus), Bianco (vermouth, grapefruit, elderflower, rosemary), and Leggero non-alcoholic (pomegranate, tarragon).
