Kogei is a handroll dinner series at Trophy Club (630 K St) running Thursday evenings through September. Chef Dan Nguyen pairs fresh handroll menus with cocktails; each of the five events features a different protein or style—tuna, yellowtail, salmon, shrimp & crab, and broiled fish.
