Piatti's running a spritz menu through early September at their Pavilions Lane location. Four options: Enzo (with sage and raspberry), Vacation (tropical pineapple and hibiscus), Bianco (grapefruit and rosemary), and Leggero (non-alcoholic, pomegranate and tarragon).
