Help Wanted / Leave Now" examines a century of U. S.

recruitment and mass deportation of Mexican laborers, anchored in the 1950s "Operation Wetback" campaign. The bilingual exhibit runs through January 10, 2027 at the California Museum, 1020 O Street, with firsthand accounts, photographs, and historical artifacts.
