Piatti at Pavilions Lane is running a spritz program through September 7, featuring four house spritz recipes—three with alcohol, one without. Drinks include the Enzo (aperitivo, vermouth, lemon, raspberry, sage), Vacation (aperitivo rosso, lime, pineapple, hibiscus), Bianco (white vermouth, grapefruit, elderflower, rosemary), and the Leggero non-alcoholic option (aperitivo, lemon, pomegranate, tarragon).
