About the event
Kinesiology Kim runs two group fitness programs in November: Foundational Fitness for families in Folsom (Wednesdays, $15/class or 3 for $40) and Boot(Y) Camp in Carmichael, a strength and conditioning class with kickboxing and yoga cooldown (Saturdays 6-7pm, $13/class or 3 for $30).
