The Playwriting Lab For Adults

Where do stories begin? How do characters come to life?

What makes dialogue work? And how does a playwright shape all of these elements into a compelling scene?

In this hands-on playwriting class with Anthony D’Juan, participants will explore the playwright’s craft and responsibility while experimenting with storytelling, character, dialogue, plot, and structure. Each participant will write an original three-page scene and/or monologue, with the opportunity to hear their work performed as a reading in class.

Come ready to write, experiment, and discover where your ideas can take you.

This class is eligible for a discount when registered concurrently with The Playwriting Lab For Young Writers. Learn more at the registration page.
