University Dance Company 2026

The University Dance Company (UDC), at Sacramento State, is an annual dance concert comprised of a diverse and exciting group of dance artists who work intensely with esteemed faculty and special professional guest choreographers. Directed by Lorelei Bayne, the company serves as a research vehicle and training ground for the creation of new works in performance, continuing the vital legacy of live concert dance in the United States.

Celebrating the power of dance as a universal language, from innovative contemporary pieces to reflections on cultural identity and personal stories, UDC promises to be a performance that captivates, challenges, and inspires audiences.
