Husband and wife Kiwi transplants brought New Zealand espresso culture to East Sac and won national roasting awards doing it. The flat white is the order, and the milk steaming is consistent enough that people who care about technique say so unprompted. They roast their own, so it tastes fresh rather than burnt. The pumpkin chai has a following. Baristas will hand you a taster if you ask what they are making.
