The oldest restaurant in Sacramento, where Capitol deals have been sealed over banana cream pie since 1939 and the Fat family still runs the room. The honey walnut shrimp and the chow mein are what people order and then tell other people to order. The banana cream pie is the thing nobody skips. Ask about the yu kwok, the house dumpling. It fills up on weeknights later than you expect.
