About

Three generations of the Oto family behind Sacramento's Japanese market and bento counter. Home cooks come for sushi grade hamachi, salmon and toro, then leave with tofu, soba and Japanese sodas they cannot find elsewhere. The hot prepared case and bento boxes go fast. Sushi is made Wednesday through Friday and is usually gone by noon, so get there in the morning if that is what you came for.
