Oak Park's woman owned urban nursery, stocked with organic edibles and unusual ornamentals. The staff walk you through the shop section by section and never make a beginner feel stupid, which is most of why people keep coming back. The plant list runs strange in the best way, with corpse flower, living stones, odd cacti and natives you rarely see. Pumpkins in the fall are good enough to paint.
