Family run since 1969 and pouring since 1934, this is Northern California's home for live blues six nights a week. Sunday is the night people tell you about, with the house band and an open jam that fills the room like a Friday. Horn players end up standing on the bar. Musicians passing through bring their instrument and get to sit in. Downtown parking is the only complaint, so use the lot around the corner.
