Drawing Democracy Exhibit

The Association of American Editorial Cartoonists (AAEC) will hold its annual gathering in Sacramento September 18–19, bringing nationally recognized political cartoonists from across the country to our community. Guests will include former Washington Post editorial cartoonist and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Ann Telnaes, plus Pulitzer Prize winners Jack Ohman, Joel Pett, and Steve Brodner.

In conjunction with the gathering, Drawing Democracy is a month-long exhibition and series of public programs exploring political cartooning, satire, free expression, and democracy.
