Wellness Weekend 2026

Everyone is invited to attend Wellness Weekend in Sacramento, September 19-20, a free two-day family event designed to get people moving and have fun.

Featured activities: Community Walkathon – Donations raised from teams and individuals competing in the walkathon will go toward student scholarships. Two teams will be led by St.

Paul Church of Sacramento Pastor Kenneth Reece and his wife. Young hoopers can take part in a Youth Basketball Clinic led by organizers including SleepNation, founded by local Sacramento talent Jaylen Wells and Adam Alsamariae.

We will also have medical, dental and vision screenings, physical fitness and wellness activities, nutrition education and community outreach resources. There will be a variety of children’s activities including a bounce house, face painting and balloon artistry.

Sunday’s special powerful service will connect faith and the health of the mind, body, and spirit.
