About the event

Drawing Democracy, a month-long exhibit on political cartooning and free expression, opens Sept. 26 at 101 I Street.

The show coincides with the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists' gathering in Sacramento and features work by Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonists including Ann Telnaes, Jack Ohman, Joel Pett, and Steve Brodner.
