Sacramento's Community Quilt Exhibit opens Sept. 26 at 101 I Street.
The quilt, stored for over 40 years, has over 500 names written on squares from Sacramento residents in 1876. The exhibit includes enlarged images and QR codes tied to each block for genealogy research.
